Joe Dilley, CDS, CTP
Joe Dilley is a recognized expert in the field of transportation and transportation safety. Joe earned his Certified Director of Safety certificate in 2004, his Certified Transportation Professional certificate in 2015, and is Certified Drug and Alcohol Program Administrator for Motor Carriers certificate in 2015 as well. Joe started his career as a driver in 1989 and drove up until 1996 when he entered the field of operations as a manager. In 1998 Joe started his career as a safety professional. Joe is also a veteran of the United States Army having served four years. Finally Joe served as a police officer for 8 1/2 years prior to entering transportation. Currently, Joe owns and operates 25/7 Transportation Safety Consulting and 25/7 Mobile Drug and Alcohol Collections In Vaughn, WA.

Sandra is a specialist in the arena of Workers Compensation. She is a Certified Washington State Claims Administrator and has maintained this certification for over twenty years. Sandra held the position of Workers Compensation Specialist for a National Trucking Company for 10 years, with a focus on compliance, multi state jurisdiction and cost reduction. This position began the interest and ongoing knowledge of multi state jurisdictional issues presented to employers. Over the years, Sandra has been involved in several associations of which include Washington Self Insurers Association and Board Positions with Women in Worker’s Compensation. Sandra is currently employed as a Third-Party Administrator Program Manager specializing in the management of Washington State Industrial Insurance programs and education of employees and employers in a variety of industries.

Tammy Role started her career in the trucking industry in 2010. She has worked as a Senior Sales Executive for the past eight years offering technology solutions to fleets nationwide. Tammy’s career in trucking has focused on improving driver behavior, fleet DOT compliance, and streamlining operational efficiencies for private and for-hire fleets. Tammy is an expert in areas of driver risk and DOT compliance solutions for enterprise size fleets and is an advocate for process improvements to increase bottom line for motor carriers. Tammy career includes working at Rair Technology, Lytx, First Source, and Azuga. In her spare time she enjoys cycling and boating with her husband.

Kris Wylie, CDS
4 CMV Drivers was founded by Kristina Wylie in 2016. She has an eighteen-year career managing fleet safety & compliance. She has worked for large fleets including Interstate Distributor, Univar, and Wilbur Ellis. Kris has had the privilege to speak on national platforms for the National Private Truck Council via webinars and has presented to the insurance industry on topics such as risk management and DOT compliance. She receiver her Certificate Director of Safety in 2009. She is truly an expert in the complex fleet safety & compliance field. In addition to 4 CMV Drivers, LLC she is co-owner of 4 CMV Fleet Solutions, LLC.
